Shipping

• Free shipping to the 48 US states. (Spare parts not included.)

• We ship to Canada via calculated shipping cost. Welcome to add the items to your cart along with your shipping address to see the most accurate costs.

• All orders are processed with 1-5 business days via UPS ground shipping, USPS Postal Service.

• In transit shipping time can range from 1-7 business days after your order ships depending on your location and which fulfillment center your order shipped from.

• All orders will receive a connfirmation email once shipped.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are handled on the following Monday, or the first working day after. （Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.)

• For any lost or damage parcels please contact us immediately so we can issue a claim and get a new order processed.

       

       

      Returns

      PonyCycle Inc. offers a full 30 day return policy from the purchase date. You are not completely satisfied with your purchase? Just emails us and we will reply back with return instructions. 

      Product must not be used and returned item must be in the original packaging and condition it was received. That means no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instrucions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings.  Refunds will not be issued for damaged or product without original packaging.

      Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable.

      We suggest that you ship your returns through a service that provides package tracking because we cannot issue refunds for returns that have been lost in shipping.

      The most common returns are made due to mistakes in sizing while ordering.  We recommend checking out our size chart before purchasing to avoid these extra expenses. If you have any further question, please email shop@ponycycle.com. 

      Any replacement parts ordered are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on replacement parts.
