Shipping Policy
• For the United States: Free shipping to the 48 US states (excluding replacement parts).
• For Canada: Enjoy free shipping on Model U & E ponies. Other products are shipped at calculated costs, with exact fees displayed at checkout once you enter your address.
• All orders are processed with 1-5 business days via UPS ground shipping, USPS Postal Service.
• In transit shipping time can range from 1-7 business days after your order ships depending on your location and which fulfillment center your order shipped from.
• All orders will receive a connfirmation email once shipped.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are handled on the following Monday, or the first working day after. （Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.)
• For any lost or damage parcels please contact us immediately so we can issue a claim and get a new order processed.
