Returns Policy
PonyCycle Inc. offers a full 30 day return policy from the purchase date. You are not completely satisfied with your purchase? Just email us and we will reply back with return instructions.
Product must not be used and returned item must be in the original packaging and condition it was received. That means no damage, no scratches, and the return must include:
- Key Component: the neck screw, which is essential for proper assembly and operation

Original Accessories: pedal protectors, plastic bags, original labels and hangtags, and instructions
Additional packaging requirements by model:
- Model U Size 5: original cushioning pads must be wrapped around the wheels the same way they were originally packaged (not simply placed loosely inside the box) to prevent wheel or pedal damage during transit

Model Y: original cushioning pads must be wrapped around the wheels the same way they were originally packaged (not simply placed loosely inside the box) to prevent wheel or pedal damage during transit, and both layers of the original double-box packaging must be returned to ensure adequate protection
- Model X: both layers of the original double-box packaging must be returned to ensure adequate protection
If damage occurs during return transit due to failure to follow the packaging requirements above, the customer will be responsible for the resulting repair or replacement cost.
Refunds will not be issued for products that are damaged, scratched, or used prior to return, or for returns missing any of the above packaging or accessories.
Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable.
We suggest that you ship your returns through a service that provides package tracking because we cannot issue refunds for returns that have been lost in shipping.
The most common returns are made due to mistakes in sizing while ordering. We recommend checking out our size chart before purchasing to avoid these extra expenses. If you have any further questions, please email support@ponycycle.com.
Any replacement parts ordered are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on replacement parts.
