Do I need to assemble the pony?
Yes, but it’s easy and intuitive to assemble. Your PonyCycle® ride-on toy will be ready in about 5 minutes.

Can the pony only move forward and not go backward?
Yes. Please understand that not moving backward is for the safety of children. During riding, children will only move forward within their field of vision to avoid potential dangers caused by reversing due to ignoring the situation behind them. Therefore, we adopted a specially developed one-way wheel.

On which surfaces can I ride my PonyCycle®?
PonyCycle® ride on toy can be ridden on all flat and smooth hard surfaces, both interior and exterior (such as wood flooring, tile, laminate, or low-pile carpet indoors; and pavement, cement, asphalt, or smooth bricks outdoors).

What are the differences between the models?

Besides age, how can I choose the right size for my child?
In addition to age, we recommend considering your child's height and inseam length to find the best fit.

What material are the wheels made of?
The wheels on pony are made with a PP (polypropylene) hub and a PU (polyurethane) tire surface. PU is softer and more elastic than hard plastic, and it offers better grip, reduced noise, and greater wear resistance. It’s also gentle on most flooring materials, making it a safer and more reliable choice for both indoor and outdoor use.

Can my PonyCycle® be ridden on slopes?
For child safety, we do not recommend riding the pony on slopes.
Please use it on flat and smooth ground only.
